What Election Administration Notes collects, which is very little.

What exists

Two things, and only two.

First, an ordinary web server log: Cloudflare records IP address, user agent, the URL requested, the response code and the time. That is the minimum needed to serve a page and to notice an attack. Second, a counting pixel on each page that records a view and nothing else — it sets no cookie and identifies nobody.

What does not happen here

No cookies. No trackers. No ad tech. No data broker. No profile.

This is a short list because the site is a short list of static files. Links out to agencies are governed by those agencies' policies, not this one.

Keeping and deleting

Request logs have a limited retention period, after which they are gone. Aggregate counts — how many views a page had — are kept, because they contain nothing about any individual.

The contact page explains the correction process.
